The Fools in the Fifth Verse of Surat An-Nisa Between Al-Thaalbi and Al-Tusi

For the holy saying of Allah “Give not unto the foolish (what is in) your (keeping of their) wealth, which Allah hath given you to maintain; but feed and clothe them from it, and speak kindly unto them” has many different implications for the word “the fools” among the interpreters. Does Allah mean women? Why did He who said women singled them out, or does it mean orphans? What is their evidence? Or both? Or do you call every fool? What is the reason that called for calling every fool? All of these aspects have been presented by commentators, and which of the aspects is the closest? What is the evidence for that? When we search for the word in Quranic verses, what result do we reach, and if we say either of them, what is the result of this statement?
