Building the capacity of education department heads and training to meet the demands of educational innovation today

The Education and Training Department Head is the head of the Department of Education and Training (DOET), responsible to the People's Committee, the Chairman of the People's Committee at the district level, and the law for the implementation of the functions, tasks, powers, and all activities of the DOET.
