And already at the end of 2023, the governing bodies of the EU decided to start negotiations on Ukraine's accession to the EU. On this path, Ukraine needs to carry out a significant amount of reforms, including fully adapting national legislation in accordance with European legislation. This also applies to the regulatory framework regarding electromagnetic compatibility. With this in mind, the article briefly describes the features, structure and application of modern regulatory documents on electromagnetic compatibility of technical objects and systems acting in the European Union at both the international (pan-European) and national level.
