The background to this research is based on the importance of mastering Arabic vocabulary in supporting understanding of religious and scientific literature, especially in the UINSU academic environment which integrates Islamic knowledge and science. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive method with a case study approach. Data was obtained through interviews, observations, and Google forms given to students as well as analysis of related documents. The research results show that the use of a bilingual dictionary significantly helps students understand and expand their Arabic vocabulary. Bilingual dictionaries are effective tools in the learning process, facilitating the translation of technical and scientific terms, as well as improving communication skills in Arabic. 摘要

本研究旨在探讨北苏门答腊国立伊斯兰大学(UINSU)棉兰分校生物学习项目的学生在掌握阿拉伯语词汇时将双语词典作为学习资源的使用情况。本研究的背景是掌握阿拉伯语词汇对理解宗教和科学文献的重要性,尤其是在结合了伊斯兰知识和科学的国立伊斯兰大学学术环境中。采用的研究方法是个案研究的定性描述法。数据是通过访谈、观察、向学生发放谷歌表格以及分析相关文件获得的。研究结果表明,使用双语词典能极大地帮助学生理解和扩充阿拉伯语词汇。双语词典是学习过程中的有效工具,有助于翻译技术和科学术语,提高阿拉伯语的交流能力。本研究得出结论,强烈建议将双语词典的使用纳入课程和教学活动中,以提高棉兰大学生物研究专业学生的阿拉伯语水平。
