The multicriteria index correlated with abnormal GMs trajectories and explained 26.5% of the variance in these trajectories.</p><p><strong>Conclusion: </strong>The developed multicriteria index, with the inclusion of combined clinical factors, allowed the identification of part of the abnormal trajectories of GMs in preterm infants.
