摘要

动物迁徙和资源利用是有效环境管理的基本要素,但在水生环境等广阔的自然生态系统中却很难量化。稳定同位素分析是一种生态示踪技术,可揭示营养级之间的联系、迁徙物种的运动模式或因不同水生过程影响而产生的地理差异等信息。里海乌塘鳢是里海南部沿岸的重要商业特有物种,可作为一种替代品,用于获取不同时空、环境和生物变量如何在海盆层面影响稳定同位素等生态示踪剂的信息。因此,本研究的主要目的是调查时空、同位素基线和环境因素如何影响稳定同位素在里海海盆中的分布。结果表明,虽然存在个体差异,但从西部到东部地区,δ13C总体呈上升趋势,δ15N呈下降趋势。此外,随着年龄的增加,δ13C 呈下降趋势,δ15N 呈上升趋势。由此看来,在该鱼种从里海南部北部到南部沿海的其他洄游路线中,该鱼种在伊朗沿海的主要洄游路线之一是自西向东移动,这可能会影响各渔区渔获量可持续管理的效率。这是首次以稳定同位素为基础建立里海库特鱼洄游模式的研究。我们提倡使用更广泛的稳定同位素来有效调查鱼类洄游,因为这项研究的结果为这一濒临灭绝的鱼类种群的管理和可持续发展提供了宝贵的见解。
