This systematic review aimed to investigate the effect of reiki on fatigue symptoms of cancer patients. The databases \"PubMed,\" \"ScienceDirect,\" \"Scopus,\" \"Web of Science,\" and \"Cochrane Library\" were screened between July 12, 2023, and July 25, 2023, using the keywords \"Reiki,\" \"Fatigue,\" and \"Cancer\" without any restriction to the publication year. The selected studies were evaluated using the Jadad scale, a quality assessment checklist for randomized controlled trials. Among 794 studies initially found, 5 studies meeting the inclusion criteria were included in the present systematic review. Of these studies, 2 were randomized controlled trials, 2 were quasi-experimental studies, and 1 was a cross-over study.
