摘要

目的：评估单侧唇裂首次修复手术的临床疗效和美学效果：评价沿唇鼻轮廓线设计的单侧唇裂首次修复手术的临床疗效和美学效果：方法：根据唇裂畸形的特点，对 54 例 I 期单侧唇裂患者进行手术治疗，以鼻腔和口腔轮廓线为手术切口。该手术方法具有以下特点：1）手术切口线设计在口鼻轮廓线上，易于隐藏；2）充分剥离和松解畸形组织附着点，合理恢复和重建口轮匝肌功能；3）将患侧耳廓软骨和粘膜向内向外向上旋转，耳廓软骨内侧脚向外向下翻转，矫正患侧耳廓软骨；4）采用褥式缝合唇肌对位，重建患侧唇脊高度。5) 保持人体鼻脊皮肤的完整性。观察鼻唇沟效果和对称性：结果：与术前测量结果相比，患者同侧上唇形态、唇峰长度、鼻孔大小、鼻小柱形态、鼻形态和鼻基底塌陷程度均有明显改善。术后鼻子和嘴唇的形状与正常解剖特征非常相似，瘢痕极小，患者对整形手术效果的满意度很高：结论：根据口腔和鼻腔区域的形态，单侧唇裂修复术后的环状伪装可以产生良好的美学效果，是一种可行的临床方法。
