Len Industri (Persero) to identify factors influencing comfort and measure the impact of PT. Len Industri (Persero) electric motorcycle product quality on interest and satisfaction in the military environment. The study adopts a quantitative method, employing purposive sampling with a total sample of 40 respondents. Data collection involves distributing Likert scale questionnaires to consumers or TNI military personnel using PT Len Industri (Persero) electric motorcycles. The author employs data analysis techniques such as validity testing, reliability testing, normality testing, t-test, F- test, and R-test. The data obtained are processed using SPSS 29. Based on the results of the t-test, the calculated r-value is 5.323 > r-table 1.686, and a significant value of 0.00 < 0.05 is obtained, indicating that the related variables are influenced by independent variables. Referring to the coefficient of determination test results, an R square value of 86.7% is obtained. 摘要
本研究旨在分析印尼国家警察部队(PT.Len Industri (Persero) )军事人员对驾驶电动摩托车舒适性的看法。Len Industri (Persero) 公司的印尼军队人员对驾驶电动摩托车舒适性的看法,以确定影响舒适性的因素,并衡量 PT.Len Industri(Persero)电动摩托车产品质量对军事环境中的兴趣和满意度的影响。本研究采用定量方法,采用目的性抽样,共抽取 40 名受访者。数据收集包括向使用 PT Len Industri(Persero)电动摩托车的消费者或印尼军队人员发放李克特量表调查问卷。作者采用了有效性检验、可靠性检验、正态性检验、t 检验、F 检验和 R 检验等数据分析技术。获得的数据使用 SPSS 29 进行处理。根据 t 检验的结果,计算出的 r 值为 5.323 > r 表 1.686,显著值为 0.00 < 0.05,说明相关变量受自变量的影响。从判定系数检验结果来看,R 平方值为 86.7%。因此,根据分析得出的结论是,顾客满意度受乘车舒适度和产品质量的影响。
