The problem at CV Jaya Abadi Teknik is the decline in employee performance caused by a less assertive leadership style. Based on the problem of employee work commitment which has an impact on employee performance achievement which is still low, CV Jaya Abadi. This research is included in quantitative research. This research was conducted at CV Jaya Abadi Teknik. The population in this study were employees from CV Jaya Abadi Teknik. used in sampling is a non-probability sampling technique.
