PSYCHOLOGICAL PROFILE OF PILOTS OPERATING DIFFERENT TYPES OF AIRCRAFT

В статье представлены выводы из анализа различий психологических профилей пилотов гражданской авиации, эксплуатирующих разные типы воздушных судов. Показано, что психологический профиль пилота является результатом системного проявления его профессионально важных качеств. Полученные данные могут являться основой для дифференцированного подбора пилотов с учетом их предрасположенности к управлению разными типами воздушных судов, а также акцентируют внимание на значимости разработки новых подходов организации деятельности пилота на основе принципа «активного оператора» как наиболее безопасного принципа управления летательным аппаратом и гаранта сохранения высокого уровня надежности летной деятельности. Учет факта трансформации профессионально важных качеств пилота под воздействием технического фактора позволит нивелировать диссонанс в структуре его способностей. The article presents conclusions from the analysis of differences in the psychological profiles of civil aviation pilots operating different types of aircraft. It is shown that the psychological profile of a pilot is the result of a systemic manifestation of his professionally important qualities. The data obtained can be the basis for a differentiated selection of pilots, taking into account their predisposition to control different types of aircraft, and also emphasize the importance of developing new approaches to organizing pilot activities based on the “active operator” principle as the safest control principle. aircraft and a guarantor of maintaining a high level of reliability of flight activities.
