The criteria characterizing labor productivity in value and physical terms have been studied. An assessment is made of the efficiency of using production factors (land, labor, capital) in agricultural organizations in the context of a study of regional characteristics of agricultural labor productivity. The results obtained can be used by government agencies in the formation of regional agricultural policy and program documents, including sections on labor productivity in the agroindustrial complex.
