Methods: This prospective observational study, conducted from June 2023 to May 2024 at NITOR, Dhaka, Bangladesh, focuses on managing displaced supracondylar fractures (Gartland Type-III) in children. Result: The average age of the patients in the study is reported as 6.5 years. The number and percentage of male and female patients are presented, with a total of 17 males (56.7%) and 13 females (43.3%) respectively. The average time for radiographic healing of the fractures was 5.2 weeks. Satisfactory radiographic outcomes were observed in 28 patients (93.3%), indicating favorable radiographic evidence of fracture healing and alignment. K-wires were typically removed around the 1-month mark postoperatively, once radiographic healing was confirmed and satisfactory outcomes were achieved.
