Descriptive research was carried out with a qualitative approach, through a study based on data presented in Management Reports between 2018 and 2022 published on the Hospital’s institutional website. It was found that the ONA Management Excellence standards promote an organizational culture of continuous improvement, through partnerships with National and International institutions, investment in the improvement of employees through training, demonstrating institutional maturity.
