The sampling technique uses the nonprobability sampling technique using a saturated sampling method where the number of samples as much as the total population of the Probolinggo City DPRD Secretariat employees, amounting to 35 people. This type of research is quantitative research using descriptive statistics with data analysis using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method. The tool used is the SmartPLS Version 4.0 program. 摘要
