The development of all these systems expands the range of tasks for employees of social institutions, and as a result, actualizes the research of the mentoring system and related components. The article examines the key theoretical aspects of leadership in the context of the topic under study, as well as the specifics of the development of a mentoring system through the introduction of leadership technologies into it.
