(3) Through the reginal analysis, the degree of comprehensive benefits took the following in order: eastern region &gt; northern region &gt; southern region. 摘要

步入贸易开放的新阶段,航运城市的倡议日益受到关注。本文构建了一个综合的五维度体系来考察航运城市的建设水平。采用熵权 TOPSIS 法对 2006-2021 年中国典型航运城市进行评估。并通过引力模型测算了中心辐射驱动力。此外,还研究了城市的分布动态和区域差异,揭示了城市转型背后的空间结构。结果表明:(1)与其他指标相比,中心辐射带动力表现优异。(2)在城市排名方面,上海和宁波凭借其辐射带动力获得了相对较高的评价值。(3)通过区域分析,综合效益程度依次为:东部地区;北部地区;南部地区。根据实证结果,政府应制定相应的政策,最终形成航运城市的示范引领效应。
