[Spontaneous rupture of the anterior lens capsule in Alport syndrome (case study)].

Alport syndrome is a hereditary disease characterized by glomerulopathy, manifested by hematuria and/or proteinuria, progressive decline in renal function, often combined with hearing and vision pathology.
