Minimally invasive approaches, including arthroscopy and CT-guided injection, have been described, but they pose challenges such as X-ray exposure and expansiveness. In this study, a new minimally invasive technique using a Hartmann ear speculum is presented. The technique was successfully applied in 10 patients with various benign tumors, demonstrating full healing and no recurrence at one-year follow-up. The presented approach combines simplicity, cost-effectiveness, and minimal invasiveness, making it a promising alternative option for treating benign bone lesions with low complication rates and surgical site morbidity.
