Based on resilience theory, the impacts of major public health events on tourist attractions and the relationship between the impacts and the development resilience of the tourist attractions, this study uses the composite index method and DEMATEL method to construct an index system for evaluating the development resilience of tourist attractions. This evaluation index includes 20 indicators in the four dimensions of prevention ability, resistance ability, recovery ability and renewal ability, and the weight of each indicator was determined. The results show three important aspects of tourist attraction resilience. (1) Resistance ability is the most important dimension that reflects the resilience level of tourist attractions, followed by renewal ability and recovery ability, while prevention ability is relatively less important. (2) Tourism revenue reconstruction, mechanism innovation, marketing flexibility and financing ability have large positive correlations with the resilience level of tourist attractions. (3) Market flexibility, management decision-making level, financing ability and intelligent construction level are susceptible to other indicators, so that more attention should be paid to them in the process of improving the resilience level of tourist attractions. 摘 要:实现恢复力发展是旅游景区应对重大公共卫生事件负面影响的重要途径,准确评估现有恢复力水平是提高旅游景区恢复力的基础。本研究基于复原力理论、重大公共卫生事件对旅游景区的影响以及影响与旅游景区发展复原力之间的关系,采用综合指数法和DEMATEL法构建了旅游景区发展复原力评价指标体系。该评价指标包括预防能力、抵御能力、恢复能力和更新能力四个维度的 20 个指标,并确定了各指标的权重。结果表明,旅游景点的抗风险能力主要体现在三个方面。(1)抵御能力是反映旅游景区恢复力水平的最重要维度,其次是恢复能力和重建能力,而预防能力的重要性相对较低。(2)旅游收入重建、机制创新、营销灵活性和融资能力与旅游景区的抗逆性水平有较大的正相关关系。(3)市场灵活性、管理决策水平、融资能力和智能化建设水平容易受到其他指标的影响,因此在提高旅游景区抗风险水平的过程中应给予更多的关注。本研究建立的指标体系可以为旅游景区准确审视自身问题、提高发展应变能力提供科学有效的指导和有益的参考。
