The universe of the research generally consists of employees currently working in the media sector in Ankara who worked or provided support in the region during the mentioned period. A quantitative research was conducted to determine the relationships between variables, and analysis methods such as SPSS, correlation analysis, hierarchical regression and Sobel test were adopted to test the hypotheses. 摘要
