(3) The development of renewable energy can not only reduce the local carbon intensity but also have a positive spillover effect on the carbon intensity of neighboring regions. (4) Further analysis shows that the long-term effect of renewable energy development on carbon emissions is greater than the short-term effect. At the same time, the heterogeneity analysis shows that compared with the Yellow River basin, the development of renewable energy has a significant carbon emission reduction effect in the Yangtze River Economic Belt region. Energy-rich areas fall into the “resource curse”, which makes the carbon emission reduction effect of renewable energy development not significant. 摘要

发展可再生能源已成为全球应对气候变化、保障能源安全、保护生态环境的重要手段。本研究利用 2013-2021 年中国 30 个省份的面板数据,采用中介效应模型和空间杜宾模型(SDM),探讨了可再生能源发展对中国区域碳减排的作用机制和空间效应。结果表明(1)可再生能源发展有助于降低碳排放强度。(2)机理分析结果表明,可再生能源发展通过改善能源结构、促进产业结构优化和产业结构升级来降低碳排放强度。(3)发展可再生能源不仅可以降低当地的碳排放强度,还可以对周边地区的碳排放强度产生积极的溢出效应。(4)进一步分析表明,可再生能源发展对碳排放的长期效应大于短期效应。同时,异质性分析表明,与黄河流域相比,长江经济带地区发展可再生能源具有显著的碳减排效应。能源富集地区陷入 "资源诅咒",使得可再生能源发展的碳减排效果不显著。本文对促进区域间合理分解、制定可再生能源发展政策具有一定的参考意义。
