The most common Gram-negative organisms exhibiting antimicrobial resistance were E. coli, Klebsiella, and Pseudomonas aeruginosa, while the most common Gram-positive organisms resistant to antibiotics were Staphylococcus aureus and coagulase-negative Staphylococcus.
