Here, we report a case of oral EMPD involving the buccal mucosa and gingiva of an 81-year-old male with no known underlying internal malignancy. The Paget cells were positive for CK7, CK20, CAM5.2, and androgen receptor, but negative for SOX10 and p63. Original scientific manuscripts on diagnostic and experimental cutaneous pathology are especially desirable. Timely, pertinent review articles also will be given high priority.
