本调查研究了日间手术在中国的发展情况，分析了国家政策支持、医疗服务管理模式、日间手术病种、医保支付方式，以及某三级眼科医院实施日间手术后的医疗服务能力、效率、质量与安全、卫生经济学指标、患者满意度等。经过 20 多年的发展，我国日间手术呈现出良好的发展态势。眼科医院开展日间手术占择期手术的70%以上，患者、医疗机构、医保机构均取得了良好的社会效益。
