Legal Consequences for Abandoned Land Based on Indonesian Law

It is hoped that the results of this analysis will provide a better understanding of the complexity of abandoned land problems and provide a basis for formulating more effective policies in handling them. By understanding the legal impact on abandoned land, authorities can take more appropriate steps to encourage more efficient and sustainable land use. The results of this research are that the legal consequence of land being designated as abandoned land is that the legal relationship between the subject holding the land rights and the land object is broken, then the land is re-controlled by the state.
