The implementation of CSR has been carried out by companies at various levels, from multinational, national to local companies, especially in Indonesia. This research aims to analyze the CSR performance of coal companies in Indonesia by measuring leverage, profitability and company size. The data collection method uses content analysis techniques in annual reports of coal companies listed on the IDX. The testing method uses panel data regression. Hypothesis test results show that company size and probability influence corporate social responsibility (CSR). 摘要

企业社会责任(CSR)的概念随着商业模式的快速发展和不同群体对企业社会责任问题的认识而不断发展。从跨国公司、国家公司到地方公司,不同层次的公司都在履行企业社会责任,尤其是在印度尼西亚。本研究旨在通过衡量杠杆率、盈利能力和公司规模,分析印尼煤炭企业的企业社会责任表现。数据收集方法采用 IDX 上市煤炭公司年度报告的内容分析技术。检验方法采用面板数据回归法。假设检验结果表明,公司规模和概率会影响企业社会责任(CSR)。同时,杠杆率对企业社会责任有显著的正向影响。
