Sowing Life: Between the Diaphanous and Profane

This article presents the results of the bibliographic search that supports the comparison of different methodologies to evaluate public policies. The case of the Sembrando Vida Program is reported, whose constructions of different referential frameworks are scattered due to the generalization of the results, in addition to a methodological proposal based on evaluations that integrate the epistemological horizons that are watershed in the development of theoretical frameworks.
