Furthermore, UNA inhibited PRRSV replication by targeting PTPN1, which inhibited IFN-β production. In addition, UNA displayed antiviral activity against porcine epidemic diarrhoea virus (PEDV) and Seneca virus A (SVA) replication in vitro.
