人工生殖決策輔助工具：試管嬰兒成功率預測網站

目的：人工生殖科技已成為不孕症病人實現父母身份及建立家庭的重要醫療選項。然而不孕症治療費用不菲，成功率因病人個別狀況有顯著差異，為有效協助病人做出適切的治療決策，先進的人工生殖治理機構近年開發決策輔助工具，以提供透明且詳盡的資訊以供病人之用。材料與方法：本文以文獻分析法收集並介紹美、英、澳三國試管嬰兒成功率預測公共網站及評估研究。研究結果：成功率預測網站設立目的在於協助不孕症病人獲得決策輔助工具，利用實證數據支持治療諮詢，提升病人在治療方案、心理預期和治療費用的掌控能力。結論：臺灣人工生殖登錄主管單位及生殖機構應遵循公共性和透明原則，建置不孕治療決策輔助工具，以提升不孕治療的照護品質。  Purpose: Assisted reproduction has become a crucial medical option for infertile couples to achieve parenthood and establish families. However, the cost of infertility treatment is substantial, and success rates vary depending on individual patient circumstances. To effectively assist patients in making appropriate treatment decisions, having decision aid tools available to provide transparent and comprehensive consultations is imperative. Research Materials and Methods: This paper uses a document analysis approach to collect and introduce publicly available in vitro fertilization success rate prediction websites and related evaluation studies from the United States, the United Kingdom, and Australia. Results: The establishment of success rate prediction websites aims to empower infertile patients with decision aid tools that use evidence-based data to support treatment consultations, enhancing patients’ control over treatment options, psychological expectations, and costs. Conclusion: Assisted reproduction registry authorities and reproductive institutions in Taiwan should adhere to principles of public accessibility and transparency when establishing infertility treatment decision aid tools to improve the quality of care in infertility treatment.
