Approximately 90% of the reviews for both places were classified as positive; about 4% as neutral, and around 6% as negative. These figures reflect how well-preserved the areas are. However, dissatisfaction regarding outdated information on the BioParque's website and the sanitation of some areas of the forest were reported.
