This paper examines the impact of climate change on mental health, focusing on the consequences of natural disasters and slow-onset climate changes. The concept of ‘climate anxiety’ emerges as a significant concern, affecting individuals and communities globally. It involves a fear of uncertain future impacts, and grief over ecological losses. Climate justice becomes paramount in addressing the disproportionate impact on different populations, which in this case includes a focus on healthcare policy taking into consideration the ‘psychoterratic illnesses.
