In this study, the procedures performed in pediatric patients under 18 years of age and their results were reviewed with the help of articles obtained as a result of searches using relevant keywords in the English literature (PubMed, Web of Science, EMBASE, and Cochrane). 摘要
视频辅助胸腔镜手术（VATS）现在越来越多地用于儿童患者的各种适应症。虽然目前还没有大量证据证明 VATS 在儿童患者群体中的优势，但这种方法在成人患者群体中的优势已得到证实，因此鼓励胸外科医生在这一患者群体中实施 VATS。在本研究中，通过使用相关关键词在英文文献（PubMed、Web of Science、EMBASE 和 Cochrane）中进行检索，我们对 18 岁以下儿科患者实施的手术及其结果进行了回顾。不同年龄组的儿童接受手术的频率、适应症和结果均有所不同。
