摘要

研究的目的：是在确定法医专家机构单点性的基础上，确定法医专家机构之间合作的有效性。对规范法医专家活动的法律法规进行了研究。在处理过程中使用了综合、分析和比较的方法。对开展有针对性的多样化研究进行了比较。文章证明，有必要采用统一方法确定法医专家机构的单一性，以提高部门间互动的有效性。
