摘要
根据 ROC 分析，CRP 水平和 CAR 的曲线下面积（AUC）分别为 0.784（95%CI：0.710-0.859）和 0.786（95%CI：0.712-0.861）。CRP的临界值为1.485，而CAR的临界值为0.324。随着贝赫切特氏病严重程度的增加，CAR水平也有统计学意义上的显著增加（p < 0.001）。从统计学角度看，贝赫切特氏病的严重程度与 CAR 水平的高低密切相关。结论CAR可作为一种快速且易于计算的参数来评估白塞氏病的严重程度。
