ОСОБИСТІСНІ ТА ІНСТИТУЦІЙНІ АСПЕКТИ ВИКОРИСТАННЯ НАСЕЛЕННЯМ ІННОВАЦІЙНИХ ТЕХНОЛОГІЙ (НА ПРИКЛАДІ ЧЕРНІВЕЦЬКОЇ ОБЛАСТІ)

expectations of the population in the use of robotic technologies, the possibility of a complete change in the way of life of modern society due to the invention of artificial intelligence, and innovations in the field of genetic engineering have been determined. The main obstacles and opportunities that affect individual and collective practices of using the latest technologies are highlighted, as well as strategies to promote their spread and acceptance among the population are defined. The authors analyze a specific example of the Chernivtsi region, using the results of surveys and observations of the development of innovations in this region as a research database. The results of the sociological research demonstrated that despite significant difficulties in the level of material support of the population, it has a sufficient level of knowledge about innovative technologies. Moreover, on many issues regarding their use in various spheres, regarding which the practice in Ukraine is not yet developed, a loyal and positive attitude was revealed. The study is based on the methods of sociological analysis and empirical data in order to understand what factors influence the opening of new opportunities for innovative technologies in a certain region. The results of the study will help to develop effective strategies for promoting innovative development in the region and in other similar contexts
