摘要

枢纽辐射型海运网络的普遍应用,使支线网络成为制约海运质量和效率的关键。然而,支线网络中的集装箱班轮航线易受装运需求和国际燃油价格变化的影响。因此,本文基于枢纽辐射型海运网络,构建了支线网络中集装箱班轮航线的稳健优化模型。在运力和时间约束下,分析了不确定环境下的航线优化和船舶设备。根据模型的特点,设计了一种改进的塔布搜索算法。实例分析证明,该模型在不确定环境下仍能保证航线的鲁棒性,比确定性模型更适用。
