The methods of theoretical research and mathematical modeling were used in the study.Result. The problem of the subject area under study is actualized and its solution is presented. A conceptual model of a system for monitoring the consumption of thermal energy in a hot water supply circuit as part of a smart home management system has been developed. A method for monitoring the consumption of thermal energy of multi-apartment residential buildings is proposed.Conclusion.
