In recent years, the continuous research and development of PCSK9 inhibitors have provided new ideas for the treatment of cardiovascular diseases. PCSK9 inhibitors (Proprotein convertase subtilisin-kexin9 inhibitors) not only have a good lipid-lowering effect but also have the effects of improving cardiovascular outcome, anti-inflammation, reducing oxidative stress and improving vascular endothelium.
