The results showed that the best diluent was found in P1 with the addition of 20% tomato juice resulting in motility percentages and viability are 75,52 ± 1,92 and 87,70 ± 1,04. It can be concluded that the addition of tomato juice had a significant (P<0,05) effect on the motility and viability of spermatozoa. The addition of 20% tomato juice in egg yolk citrate diluent can improve the quality of spermatozoa.
