The population in this study were 41 members of the Airport Operation Control Center (AOCC) unit and the sample used for research was all members of the unit, namely 41 people. The research results show that there is a partial influence between workload on the performance of the Airport Operation Control Center unit with a calculated t value of 3.993. Job Stress also has a partial influence on performance with a calculated t result of 4.765. 摘要
本研究旨在确定工作量和工作压力对苏加诺-哈达-岑卡林国际机场机场运行控制中心（AOCC）部门绩效的影响。本研究的研究对象为机场运行控制中心（AOCC）部门的 41 名成员，研究样本为该部门的所有成员，即 41 人。研究结果表明，工作量对机场运行控制中心单位的绩效有部分影响，计算出的 t 值为 3.993。 工作压力对绩效也有部分影响，计算出的 t 值为 4.765。 此外，工作量和工作压力对绩效也有部分影响，计算出的 f 值为 40.693。
