Case Study on Earnings Management of Listed Companies in China

Earnings management of listed companies is a key issue in the study of business  behavior. Based on the case of earnings management of YC Technology Co., Ltd., a listed company in China, this paper makes an in-depth analysis of earnings management from the aspects of motivation, means and impact by studying the annual report of the company, and provides reasonable suggestions for improving the company's profitability and promoting economic quality and efficiency.
