The researcher used the experimental method. The 20 players of the Baladi Futsal Club were chosen by the deliberate method, and all the players were 17 years old. After obtaining the results, they were treated statistically, and the researcher obtained the following conclusions that the combined exercises that were developed and were applied in the main experiment had an effective impact on the development of the athletes ’physical and skill abilities. The research method, goals and assumptions that were developed were the first step to obtain real and actual results in the development of the players. And that the use of complex exercises gradually from easy to more difficult has a positive effect on improving the capabilities of players and goalkeepers, physically and skillfully, to reach the required level. The motivation and encouragement factor by the trainer had a positive effect on the players ’psyche, which led them to practice exercises without boredom and with high enthusiasm to reach the required level of physical and skill abilities.
