Within the framework of this article, the problem of adaptation of foreign workers in Russian companies is considered, the results of the study are presented, demonstrating that for 54% of respondents from among foreign workers, adaptation is difficult, accompanied by difficulties in professional activity, discomfort and difficulties in establishing interpersonal relationships in a new workforce.
