Studying the attitude of Moscow residents to mod - ern medical services (on the case of electronic medical records)

The article presents the results of pilot research aimed at the study of attitudes to modern digital medical services, such as electronic medical records. The article addresses the issues of availability of the service for citizens, its usability, and features of personal experience of Moscow residents dealing with electronic medical records. The authors point out the relevance of digital services for improving doctor-patient-medical organization interaction.
