A short review has been done on the status of the experimental studies of the same. Some basic properties like the Q-values, Coulomb barrier, Gamow peak, Gamow Window, decay properties of the parent and daughter nuclei have been compiled. The various experimental parameters namely, beam energy, beam current, targets, detectors etc. used in the various experimental investigations reported in the literature have been tabulated. TALYS calculations results in the Gamow region have been compared with the corresponding experimental values wherever available.
