摘要
人特异性超免疫球蛋白（HIG）是针对特定病毒或细菌抗原的免疫球蛋白 G 的浓缩纯化蛋白部分的剂型。有效而安全的抗体纯化方法使 HIG 成为一种预防和治疗病毒感染的药物成为可能，目前还没有针对病毒感染的特异性预防或抗病毒疗法；同时，由于抗菌药物的抗药性不断增加，HIG 也可用于治疗细菌感染性疾病，尤其是免疫缺陷患者。
