Then, the Reliability Society’s Standards Committee (RS-SC) is the place for you. The IEEE Reliability Society (RS) develops open consensus-based standards utilizing the standards development process established by the IEEE Standards Association (SA). The IEEE has developed standards for over a century. The SA’s standards development process has evolved over the past century, which now offers a balanced, fair, and open procedure. The SA standards development process has resulted in an active portfolio of over 900 completed standards, recommended practices, and guides (all are called “standards”). Six of these standards were developed by the RS-SC.
