The study aims at showing the effect of the EMS on the development of the muscles and the level of performance. As far as the theoretical studies are concerned, the researcher has introduced several topics on electrical stimulation, types of muscles, special exercises, and the physical and technical abilities embraced in the study variables. Previous and similar studies have been discussed also, The experimental method of two groups design (control and experimental) has been used with pretest and posttest style to suit the nature of the problem. The community of the study has been intentionally identified to consist of 10 wheelchair fencers training with the juniors of the Iraqi Federation for Wheelchair Fencing at the Ministry of Youth and Sports in the Paralympic court.
