The researcher has tried to measure the perceived psychological safety and how it impacts the mental wellness of bank managers. The instrument used to study the psychologically safe environment was PSC-12 and WESWBM is used to measure mental well-being. The data has been analyzed using SPSS. The data was collected through an online survey. This research focuses on both, qualitative and quantitative analysis.
